Creating a Project Management Culture

We work with employee groups and teams to develop a consistent project management process/methodology that makes sense for their organization.  This helps streamline project management.  We help them develop useful formats for project planning and reporting.  We train upper management and project team members on the fundamentals of project management and project profitability.   We also provide Microsoft Project® training.  We use a combination of experiential exercises, coaching and practical lectures to equip the organizations and their teams with the best tools for managing projects of all sizes and complexities. Everything we do is immediately applicable.

Getting Your Project Off to a Good Start

We provide expert facilitation of project plan/proposal development and project kick-off meetings, so that the appropriate stakeholders have a voice in the project planning, and (just as important) they create the project plan together and thus have a feeling of ownership and commitment to the success of the project.  This facilitation is particularly helpful for large, complex, and/or high-visibility/high-risk projects.

Encouraging and Supporting "Green" Construction and Operations

We can assist you with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) projects and operations.  For LEED design and construction projects, we can facilitate goal-setting meetings, strategize on innovative wastewater treatment, prepare and train on both the Materials Recycling Plan and the Construction Waste Management Plan, and support commissioning.  We can also audit your current operations to identify energy-saving opportunities, waste minimization, and recycling planning and training.
