In addition to our project management training, we provide the following consulting services:

Collaborate with the organization to develop a consistent method for planning and managing projects, to streamline project management. The typical deliverable is a PM manual or methodology document with a process, procedures/guidelines, and templates.
Coach and mentor individuals who are new to project management.
Coach project teams and advise them on their teamwork, project execution, change management, and meeting effectiveness.
Facilitate project planning/proposal preparation for large, complex, and/or high-visibility/high-risk projects.
Develop career paths for project personnel, along with requisite skills and training to move to the next rung. This shows employees a way forward with the organization, thus developing and retaining the best employees.
Collaboratively develop fast-track schedules for cost-constrained and/or time-sensitive projects. Schedules can be created in either Microsoft Project® or any Primavera product.

Facilitating LEED goal-setting, design reviews, or construction progress meetings
Consulting in Materials & Resources Prerequisite 1, Storage & Collection of Recyclables
Consulting in Materials & Resources Credit 2, Construction Waste Management, specifically assistance and training in the Construction Waste Management Plan
Consulting and strategizing for Water Efficiency Credit 2, Innovative Wastewater Technologies, specifically tertiary treatment planning and design
Assistance with Commissioning (Energy & Atmosphere Prerequisite 1, Fundamental Commissioning of the Building Energy Systems and/or Credit 3, Enhanced Commissioning). Although we do not provide Commissioning Agent (CxA) services, we do have experience with equipment commissioning, particularly wastewater treatment equipment, including operator training. We can also assist by reviewing vendor submittals, cut sheets, and piping and instrumentation (P&IDs).
